Job Summary:
Seeking an HR Consultant to support HR Shared Services with financial reporting, budgeting, benefits financials, HR operations, and process improvement .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual HR financial reporting .
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams .
Support HR budgeting, forecasting, and benefits financial reporting .
Manage HR contracts, invoices, and third-party risk processes.
Support HR projects, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain reporting and operational processes.
Required Skills:
4+ years of relevant HR/HR Operations experience.
Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR systems experience.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with accounting, financial analysis/projections, or reporting automation preferred.
