About the Role

UpFix is hiring a full-time Remote Outbound B2B Sales Representative to develop new business and re-engage eligible past business customers in the U.S. market.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting SDR position. You will own more of the sales process: prospecting businesses, speaking with decision-makers, identifying repair needs, explaining our services, handling objections, creating estimates/orders, and consistently following up until the customer takes action.

Our customers include automotive repair shops, dealerships, service businesses, technicians, and other commercial customers that need specialized electronic and component repair services.

What You Will Do

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and text
• Make approximately 400–600+ outbound calls per week
• Reach business owners, managers, service advisors, technicians, purchasing personnel, and other decision-makers
• Ask discovery questions to understand the customer's needs
• Explain relevant UpFix/MyAirbags repair services and solutions
• Handle objections such as price, timing, existing vendors, or lack of an immediate need
• Create estimates and orders when qualified opportunities are identified
• Follow up consistently with open estimates and interested prospects
• Maintain accurate notes, activities, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot
• Build a disciplined pipeline of outbound opportunities
• Generate measurable revenue from closed customer orders

How Success Is Measured

This is a results-oriented sales position. The primary measure of success is revenue generated from closed/delivered customer orders.

Supporting performance metrics include outbound calls, connects, meaningful sales conversations, estimates created, estimate follow-up completion, conversion, and CRM activity.

Compensation

Full-time base compensation plus performance-based commission. Strong performance directly increases earning potential.
