Varicent SPM Architect
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Dallas, TX Onsite
Contract: 6 9 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2)
Note: W2 only. No C2C/Corp-to-Corp and no visa sponsorship available.
About the Role
We are looking for a Varicent SPM Architect to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
This role will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, improve compensation processes, and support the overall Varicent environment.
