Position Summary We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping customers quickly and accurately identify and purchase the parts they need. Average yearly earnings range from $40,000-$75,000 What You’ll Do * Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection * Provide pricing, availability, and product information * Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs * Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup * Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders * Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs * Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization * Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales * Stay current on products and participate in training programs What We’re Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability * Team-oriented with a professional attitude Preferred Qualifications * Previous parts, automotive, or truck industry experience is a plus Apply Today If you’re customer-focused and ready to grow your career in the commercial truck industry, we’d love to hear from you.
