Job Summary

Experienced Tester 2 responsible for planning, creating, and executing test activities, supporting release processes, and ensuring product quality in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test plans, test data, and test scripts for product and release testing
• Execute product, system, unit, load, volume, and network tests
• Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and entry/exit criteria
• Support test environment planning and release installation testing
• Track task estimates, schedules, and status updates
• Analyze business requirements and data relationships in enterprise applications
• Resolve testing issues and support continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with team members and follow quality standards

Required Skills and Certification

• 4-year college degree
• 3+ years creating test models, plans, data, and scripts
• 3+ years analyzing enterprise application data elements
• 3+ years using SQL, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Experience using GIT or similar versioning tools
• Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills and Certification

• Experience with Agile projects
• Experience using Azure and Agile toolsets
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Scheduling

• Initially remote, with potential onsite work later
• Interview Type: Teams
• Fingerprint check required
