Social Media & Brand Manager – AI Experience Required Please Note This is not an entry-level social media position. We are specifically looking for candidates with HOTEL/RESTAURANT experience who can demonstrate both creative ability and an understanding of branding, social media strategy, and AI-assisted marketing. To be considered, please include links or examples of social media accounts, campaigns, content, or brands you have worked on and briefly describe the AI tools you have used professionally We are a growing hotel and restaurant company seeking a creative, experienced Social Media & Brand Manager who understands how to build a brand, create compelling content, and use AI tools to work smarter and faster. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can develop the strategy AND execute it. You should be comfortable creating content, writing copy, developing campaigns, identifying trends, and finding creative ways to showcase hotels, restaurants, food, beverage, events, lifestyle, and guest experiences. What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging photo, video, Reel, Story, and short-form content
• Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across multiple hotel and restaurant concepts
• Create and manage content calendars
• Write strong, engaging social media copy
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant, brand-appropriate content
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation, ideation, copywriting, research, campaign development, and workflow efficiency
• Help develop creative promotions for restaurants, hotels, events, holidays, and special offers
• Coordinate with property managers, restaurant teams, ownership, and outside partners
• Track performance and use analytics to determine what is working and what needs to change
• Help grow followers, engagement, reach, and ultimately business
• Stay current on social media, hospitality, branding, AI, and digital marketing trends

What You Bring to the Table

• RESTAURANT/HOTEL social media management and/or brand management experience
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a marketing or content environment
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, Stories, and short-form video
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong visual and creative instincts
• Ability to shoot, edit, or direct compelling social content
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts is strongly preferred
• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, nightlife, travel, or lifestyle experience is a major plus
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and take ownership of projects
• A portfolio or examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content you have personally worked on
