Package Delivery Drivers are responsible for picking up, loading, transporting, and delivering parcels to residential and commercial locations throughout Staten Island and nearby service areas. The role requires careful route planning, safe operation of a delivery vehicle, accurate scanning and recordkeeping, and timely communication with dispatch when delays or delivery issues arise. Drivers may also verify package counts, obtain delivery confirmations, and handle customer interactions in a professional manner. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to follow traffic laws and company delivery procedures. Prior delivery, courier, or commercial driving experience is helpful, though not always required if the applicant can demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail. Physical demands typically include repeated lifting, carrying, bending, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and working in varied weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a schedule that may include weekday assignments and occasional weekend work based on route needs.
