Tideline Resort & Spa | Palm Beach, Florida

Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa is seeking a hands on, ambitious Executive Sous Chef to oversee the day to day operations of our culinary program.

We are looking for a hungry culinary professional, no pun intended, who feels ready to take the next step into a meaningful leadership role . This is an opportunity for someone with a strong culinary foundation who is ready for greater responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to lead a team.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution
• Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
• Maintain standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization
• Work with the Director of Food & Beverage on staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Manage ordering, receiving, inventory, food costs, and waste
• Assist with menu development, recipes, and costing
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and kitchen upkeep
• Support restaurant, banquet, pool, beach, and resort food service

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, hands on, and eager to grow . Previous experience in a high volume restaurant, luxury hotel, resort, or similar operation is preferred.

We are particularly interested in someone who feels ready for the next step, has something to prove, and wants the opportunity to take real ownership of an operation and help shape the next chapter of Tideline’s culinary program.
