In this role, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals managing corporate sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and acquisition and disposition programs for national franchisees, high net-worth investors, REITs, and private equity/investment firms across the United States. Key Responsibilities

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across diverse property types, client segments, and markets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market and property research to support analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
• Create comparable analyses and valuation models
• Develop Excel models and conduct financial valuation work
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials, including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
• Assist in deal management efforts from inception through close
• Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence materials
• Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed market insights
• Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Completion or anticipated completion of bachelor's degree by June 2027
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of financial statements
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into strategic deliverables
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate
• Strong professional demeanor and collaborative work style

Desired Qualifications

• Excel valuation and financial analysis experience
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals and net lease concepts
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the position. SURMOUNT is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.
