We are seeking an experienced Assisted Living Facility Administrator with strong knowledge of New York State assisted living regulations, healthcare laws, compliance requirements, and state programs .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing an assisted living facility in New York and must be comfortable taking full responsibility for operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, resident services, state reporting, inspections, and facility performance .
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced professional who understands the New York regulatory environment and can confidently manage a facility through day-to-day operations and regulatory requirements.
